Where to find a sales representative e customer support VA.

Hi guys,
I would liketo know where do you guys find VAs to handle Sales and customer support. Here in WF i have only find VAs for SEO but for the remaining departments of a business i cant find here anything. Any good source to find this kind of individuals. I had one but is MIA, was one of the best philipines with a clear native accent what is rare in this market.

    I haven't hired a VA yet, but oDesk is really great for employers because you only get billed for hours that is tracked by oDesk software that watches what employees are doing. You can sort for applicants with high ratings and hundreds of hours worked. They do take about 10% of the wage that you pay.

    I would say desk too but there are some of those companies who offer SEO VA's who can provide sales VA too.

    I too have heard great things about odesk. Another one I've heard of is zendesk but I think that's more responding to customer emails on your behalf.
