Best site for design projects

HI all
Can you help me out please, looking for a site along the lines of ODesk (may even be Odesk) where you can put forward what you want design wise (leaflet, brochure etc) and a number of designers will submit their pieces, you choose the winner and pay.

I know there is a place like this, any pointers please.

    99designs.com is probably what you're looking for, although in that case you agree to pay X amount and designers submit their designs with your feedback, allowing you to pick a winner at the end.

    had some great experience with 99design but also crowdspring is really great and high quality. A friend of mine used hatchwise for logo and webdesign and was really sattisfied with this service, too
