Help with a lost customer campaign?

Hello All,

I'm new to the forum. I look forward to interacting with all of you.

I'm trying to make the transition out of IT and into small biz marketing. I've had an interest in small biz marketing for a number of years and am finally going to act on it!

I have a meeting with my dentist on Monday and wanted to talk to him about a lost customer campaign.

I'd like to be paid on commission for this project based on a percentage of the lifetime value of a customer. However, I'm open to suggestions.

Also, does anyone have a lost customer campaign that they can share with me as an example?

Thanks,

Scott......

P.S. Please let me know if there's anything I can ever do for you.

    Hi,
I have used a customer reiactivisation campaign with a few dentists to great effect. I use the outline of a campaign I bought from Bob Serling.
I usually look to run a teeth whitening offer to past patients. This works well.

    Hai,

Free dental checkup targeting specific regions will surely help you. Classified and advertisements in relevant sites will help you gain the initial customer base and from there on you can build on your customer base without having to rely on advertisements a lot.

    Thanks

You can google "past client reactivation letter" and you'll see several examples.

So let me get this straight you want to bring back old customers that once were patients of the dentist?

    Correct ?

Why not go start a campaign using Facebook ads going after new leads along with sending a special invitation to any old patients.

Build a simple FB page that you want to use send them to a squeeze page and run fb ads to the page for penny's for clicks.

On the fb page you want to have some bait (teeth whiting or free cleaning) whatever bait you come up with that will intrigue them with and then send them too a simple squeeze page with a tracking phone number in case they call the dentist you still get paid along with sending them to your autoresponder. Or design a simple coupon that you are the only one offering so that way you get paid . Its best to track everything yourself so you have the data.

Then you can go over to Quancast.com and find a high traffic dentist website to use for your targeting in your fb ads so you can nail down your prospective prospect and of course with geo targeting.
    Best of luck
