Possible to target aol.com email users via sem?

Looking to target text ads on adwords and bing ads specifically to Aol email users. I see that within Bing Ads you have the option to target your campaign towards the Bing, AOL, and Yahoo network, but I am looking to see if there may be more specialized targeting of ads we could run for AOL email users. I realize the search volume on AOL specific ads/keywords would be low, so I am open to other networks/ad platforms (something like Taboola?).
