If your subscribers are double opt-in subs already (and you have a way to prove it), you can try contacting Aweber, Get Response or some other email marketing service if they'd be willing to import...

Due to these sites' internal linking (if they have a good structure), authority, ie. PR, will flow to these individual pages too, which Google shows as PR0.
Yes, they can be worth it.
