I use BzzApps (Not BizApps) it's the SC platform and works really well. As far as pricing... I think it's around $45/month or prepay for the year @ around $275ish.

They just added Geo-Fencing...

I totally agree. Just by doing some simple math I don't think that an average sale price of $150 would pay for the printing or postage.

$150 x 15 ads = $2,250 per mailing.

I would say the "Click to Call / Text / Email" tools would be important. Really anything to help the customer get in direct contact with the business including a map / direction option.

Coming from a Graphic Design background... I would work on the graphics and logo. I personally would not say it looks "scammy" or "ugly" but I do believe it would help greatly to make it look more...
