Hello...all the links that are in the public domain are counted as backlinks.Others that are specifically in your profile could not be crawled by google and hence they can't be counted as backlinks....

Make sure you're logged out of any Google accounts when you search for your site. Google personalizes your searches and if it notices you going to one site again and again then it will give that site...

Google's data isn't all that accurate. Sometimes it can show low volume when in fact it's much higher and vice versa.

Login to your Adwords Account, then run Google Keyword Tool to Check Your Keyword. I'm sure you'll find different result.

I've found search estimate tools to be notoriously unreliable - generally speaking your own stats/income figures are the only truly reliable indicator.
