It happens sometimes. With some dev tools you can even disable the stylesheet to see the plain html structure of a page...

Not sure if you're able to do this in your country, but how about getting a savings account and a debit card? You can verify your Paypal (to lift the limits) with either a CHECKING or SAVINGS...

This may be so, yes. But you need to check PayPal's TOS as they relate to Switzerland, because these things can (surprisingly?) vary from country to country. But presumably there's a paypal.ch site...
