Need Help in Xml blogger template design

Hi. I had uploaded new xml blogger template on my blog. But I dont know how to edit the menu tab on the blogger. The sample image for editing is attached below. Please help me to edit the code and possible pls attach a pic of edited code. Cheers.

    Click on the button to design your blog. There is a link for 'advanced design' somewhere; you can modify the CSS elements individually to change the color or design of the menu buttons.

      i want to be more specific with the question. So i only need three tab that is home, download and featured. Rest of the tabs i dont want. Can u pls tell me how to do it. Cheers.
