Hello, somebody knows a software/site to scrape the body of .html, and count all tags <strong> and <b> (bold terms), and do the same with the tags <a href> (outbound and internal links)?

    Counting bold words on backlink pages couldn't possibly serve any purpose for SEO.

    Counting outbound links doesn't serve any purpose unless you're counting followed outbound links. Example, 10 outbound links vs 10,000 outbound links per page (yes, those types of pages exist, try buying a popular fiverr link gig).

    You should also be looking at the type of sites where the followed links are pointing because linking out to same niche sites/pages is not the same as linking out to spammy pharma, payday, etc... type sites/pages.

            So you have no reason to scrape bold keywords, just a hobby?

                  I have that many lines of code just for exporting the CSV file on my last bot.

                    I hope you just cut/pasted something off stack overflow.

                      Probably a modified version found on stack overflow or MSDN. It's old .net code that I use for any project that needs to export data to a spreadsheet.

                        Quick trick for managing a bunch of sites with excel (stuff like web 2.0s)

                        You just click the cell and it opens it in a new FF tab.

                        Put the name of the site in col 1, the name (or keyword) should be unique enough so that it ranks.

                        Code:
                        Private Sub Worksheet_SelectionChange(ByVal Target As Range)
                        If Target.Column = 1 Then
                        Dim X
                        X = "C:Program Files (x86)Mozilla Firefoxfirefox.exe -new-tab https://www.google.com/search?q=" & Target

                        Call Shell(X, vbNormalFocus)
                        End If
                        End Sub
                        You can check and see if stuff is DI'd this way.

                        Code:
                        Private Sub Worksheet_SelectionChange(ByVal Target As Range)
                        If Target.Column = 1 Then
                        Dim X
                        X = "C:Program Files (x86)Mozilla Firefoxfirefox.exe -new-tab https://www.google.com/search?q=site:" & Target

                        Call Shell(X, vbNormalFocus)
                        End If
                        End Sub
                        Or put the URL in col 1

                        Code:
                        Private Sub Worksheet_SelectionChange(ByVal Target As Range)
                        If Target.Column = 1 Then
                        Dim X
                        X = "C:Program Files (x86)Mozilla Firefoxfirefox.exe -new-tab " & Target

                        Call Shell(X, vbNormalFocus)
                        End If
                        End Sub
                        Those scripts save me so much time it's insane. I'll setup col2 to be the admin url, then col 3 is user, col 4 is pass. I believe it's Target.PutInClipboard

                        I'd post my 302 scripts but that stuff is mad BH.

              Yeah, remember him ranking for...

              "Blue Parrot of dark skin playing football in the Netherlands with eggs in your hands"

              O.P.

              I have forgiven you for calling me a 'fatty friend'

              Not being a coder, if I wanted to do what are trying to do, I would write some macros for Notepadd++ and use the website source code.

    Irawr, tks for the answer, but I already know how to implement a small "software" like this, but I started this post looking for a ready solution in the market. By the way I contacted Webscraper and Import.io, neither does it.

    And about the another user. I have seen more than 3 posts in that user tries to cause trouble with anothers users. Just do not have time for that.

      I have a name.

      ...and in my defense I've waded through more nonsense questions than you can possibly imagine. One more about scraping bold text is only a drop in the bucket.

      You can't even provide one reason for scraping bold text. Now If it was bold text on the SERPs, sure I can see that because that's Google saying what keywords are important but scraping bold text on competition pages doesn't serve a purpose, for all you know they're clueless about HTML.

      Carry on...

    One reason to use bold words? UX. select the most important for the user, not words that you want to rank, but the essence of text, and the most important is not subjective if you considerer a criteria for such. For example, a good text is always a good text, if you consider the point of view of some good redaction teachers.

    Another UX reason, highlight with bold, use hover effect appropriately for a good contrast, basically build a good design, to increase ctr of internal links without have to say "hey man, click here".

    But the first reason for me is more important.

    Why count? just a percentage to know if I am giving importance to a lot of things
