SEO Point of View Content Duplication Effect for Site.

Hello Warriors,

I have one question it SEO and content related.

I have a single content and wish to publish it on two different website (Domain). Will it be considered as duplicate content and have any effect on my website SEO?

      That is a lie.

      That is not duplicate content. That is syndicated content. And both sites will not get penalized for it.

      Google will most likely only show one version of the content in the SERPs. They will attempt to determine the most authoritative version. The other will be relegated to the supplemental SERPs.

      The exception would be in the case of things like music lyrics, poems, quotes, etc.

    Mike is right. One will likely rank higher than the other. If both got "penalized" in the SERPs, that would be the easiest way in the world to take down your competitors!
