Conversion Help/ why isnt my site converting?

I Looked at other competing sites and came up with my own.Can you fellow marketers give me your opinion what makes the other sites better then my site? I got clicks but bad conversion. My web site is www.phentrominedietpill.com the competing sites are .Thanks for your help.

    You should emphasize your Unique Value Proposition to your visitors. I see nothing that would compel them to do business with you, rather than your many competitors.


    Here are some important elements to focus on when optimizing your landing pages:
    • Headlines - Assure your visitor they have arrived at a site that matches their present intended action.
    • Opening Paragraph - The first sentence is the most important, it must engage the visitor in a dialogue.
    • Layout - Visitors will stay long enough to read your site if the layout is comfortable and scannable.
    • Copy - Engage the visitor in an internal dialogue and follow a tested sequence of thoughts that have proven to persuade action.
    • Call To Action - Form button titles should indicate what benefit they get.
    • Testimonials - Use testimonials that reduce anxiety and place them near your call to action.
    • Trust Symbols - Use trust symbols near your call to action to reduce friction and anxiety.
    These are some the page elements that seem to make the most difference when testing and optimizing your landing pages. Come up with several variations of each and split test them to determine which ones work best. Then, rinse and repeat. Never stop testing and you will never stop improving.

      You can test you site converting powers by using google website optmizer. You don't need to subscribe to google adwords since you say that already have traffic.

      With this tool, you are able to test the effectiveness of your site title, images and marketing text.

    One quick hitter that I would throw in is to put your buy links in the middle and the bottom of the page also. You have them right at the top which is great, but if someone spends the time tto actually read your text (which you hope they do), then they have to scroll all the way back to the top of the page to actually order. Don't make them think. Put the order buttons anywhere you think they might actually be ready to order. The bottom of the page should be the top of that list.
