Does this duplicate content effect my SEO?

I've been building a review site, and i have excerpts of all my reviews on my home page.

As these excerpts are taken from my review pages this would appear to create quite a lot of duplicate content on my home page.

I've noticed that a lot of other sites do this as well, but I feel I need to be clear in my own mind about what the best practice is if I want my home page to rank well.

Is this an issue that i need to be concerned about?

It is usually not considered an issue.

In a more perfect world, you could consider using the WordPress post excerpt field.

Yes, the duplicate contents effects on your web site page ranking. Google is very smart if we use copy paste links, Google knows about all that stuff which we have used for our web site. when Google analyses the site that time that all effects on web site PR.

That all effect on our site or online business.
