Is It Possible to Get Quality Guest Post Links Too Quickly?

Hey,

I am planning on going on an all out action plan to get at least backlinks from 150-200 domains by the end of January. My aim is to have the backlink PR of between 1-6, the higher the better, and a DA of between 20-60.

If the backlinks are from legit, high quality blogs that I own in no way, would getting this many backlinks cause any kind of penalty from Google? I'm not going to get any paid backlinks, they are all going to be links at the end of a high quality, unique, hand written article that will average between 400-800 words.

Probably should be fine. But that's a lot of blogs to be able to find that are decent and accept guest posts. But if you can find them, great. If you actually meant a DA of between 20 and 60 that's a huge range and the upside likely not possible in such a short period of time.

I have to agree should be fine and also that finding that number of blogs that are relevant and will accept guest posts in such as short period of time may be problematic.

Juts make sure you keep a track of all URL's and where on your site that the incoming links are pointing too. The numbers you talk about might get confusing otherwise.

Are you going to be adding fresh content to your blog too? I would suggest your probably want to be adding content to your site regularly as well.

Good luck though and I hope you make your target.

He'll probably use some guest post network to achieve them and still claim that they are not paid cause he only submits the content.

Nothing different then buying high PR blog posts somewhere so definitely "paid".

Still it won't lead to any issue's, just have to be careful with the anchor choice.

Yeah that's what I suspect as well. And while it might be okay, it might not. Never know if you're not truly doing it yourself and have complete control.

  • I would also say that plan may work without getting penalties from Google. However, there may be a slimmer chance that you can target that amount of backlinks from quite a very short time. However, nothing is impossible so if you can achieve that then good for you.

Guest posting is one of my favorite SEO/backlinking strategy as you can really get good, high quality, high PR blogs/links. At the same time, if the site also has a huge amount of traffic, you can really get targetted visitors from the site.

    Well good luck!

you'd better not get quality guest post links too quickly.
It does not look naturally for search engines like google and yahoo.

Guest posting works if it is on high pr sites, and quality is the other factor involved but now, not much of such sites allow guest posting so it will even take longer than you expect. So have you planned any thing else if this doesn't work within time you mentioned?

I'm afraid it will be a tough task for you to reach especially if you are going for those high authority blogs unless you have plenty of good quality contents to show to them. Remember that blog owners only care about the reputation of their blog and they usually check if a certain content can add value to them or not.

So I think you should be careful about the direction of your articles and make sure that they can add a great value to your prospect blog owners.

Thanks for the great info guys!

I plan on sending about 40-50 requests a day on average, and in the past 2 weeks I was able to get quality links from about 10 different domains. Mostly in the DA of 20-55 where the majority was in the 25-35 range. Soon I will be considering either phoning or emailing very high authority sites with a range of 60-80, it'll be difficult but I just have to focus on being presentable, and being able to provide compelling high quality content. I was also thinking it would be best to not be promotional with the high authority sites, and to just include the link as a reference in the body where it won't be at all obvious.

I'm in awe of thinking about getting accepted to post a news story or article on some super high pr website of 8 or so, but it'll take a lot of focused networking and communication.

Sorry if I misunderstood you and thanks for the numbers, I was always curious what type of response rates people would get.

Did you send out personalized emails or just a standard email to everyone?

Did you address them by name?

While I don't think that there will be anything wrong with the links themselves, I'm thinking that the real-world implementation of this idea is going to be difficult.

After all, if you're writing all these guest posts, how are you writing your own content? Especially when you have front-end time invested just hunting down sites suitable to even send the request to.

I'm a Realtor who is building a website about homes for sale in Plymouth. I don't really sell stuff online.

        Outsourcing perhaps?
