There a lots of keyword rank tools, just google it.
I'm surprised you say that analytics doesn't show you what keywords your visitor use....mine does....its in traffic sources overview

I'm not sure asking them would help much, if they can do this they won't want everyone to know how. Do they offer any gaurantees if they fail to perform? And look out for get-out opportunities, often...
