how to avoid buying urls not marked for de-indexing?

With the google doing max de-indexing of private blog networks there should soon be many black listed sites that is going to be expiring soon. Most of these sites will have a pr rank of 2 or better...

I guess that is another way to look at it, my thoughts are that quality content sites will become more competitive. I think this will at least weed out the people that think that they can buy...

Yes I mainly quote the customer reviews because well.. some of them are really well written. I usually find 2 positive review quotes and 1 moderate...
