That could also work. I mean bad links are getting your site penalize, why not pay someone to remove them. But that is a gamble to because you can never know when Google will lift the penalty.

Some websites posts takes even 2 weeks to get index, some of them even a few hours. Just wait 2 weeks, if its not index. There must be something wrong with the on-page optimization.

Well, in my opinion, the image gets index right away together with the page. Its just a matter of rank for that key term or file-name. There are just a huge amount of images named the same way.
