No offer really. Just a quick brand awareness tactic. If the future client has an offer (free ebook, 10% off coupon, etc) then I'd put that on the note and/or the landing page.

My sites are essentially extensions of the client/money site. Nothing to hide like a PBN. It's like providing a specialized/focused area of their business somewhere else online.
