It means you pay another page money and they will create a post on their page advertising your page. I used to do it with a larger page. $5 a time and each one pulled anywhere between 50-120 likes ;)

dont buy fake likes, your posts only go to a portion of total fans. If you have fake fans your real fans may not see your posts!

approach larger fan pages with many fans and lots of people talking...

Split the ad, make two one with clicks and one with impressions. Use this as a test to see which is better for you.

I went for clicks got about 30. Then changed to impressions and got like 2 for the same period and cost but it is different on every ad.
