Yes since they only accept "unique" articles. If you submit it to another directory, it will be declined. The other directories are much more lenient.

Doubt it if you want to avoid any troubles. Try the Creative Commons search where you can search for images licensed under the creative commons allowing you to use it on your sites.

One way that I tried was looking sites for the "U comment I follow" image and all I did was enter that image name into Google Images search and pick out the blogs from there.

Always read the terms and conditions. Usually after the free trial, you are automatically billed some ridiculous amount for "membership" or whatever since they already have your credit card details...

Don't bother direct linking to an offer via PPC. I used to have relative success with polls but submits are dying nowadays. Get your feet wet with free trials ASAP, that's where the money is in now.

Yeah, or iFrame the offer (get AM permission first and make sure it doesn't break the iFrame). If you're going to redirect, do a meta refresh or javascript one as this will blank/change the referrer...
