Would really appreciate any feedback or suggestions on a new Freemium design user experience testing platform we have just launched (User Experience | Website Usability Testing and Evaluation - Userlytics), which is going through a "Friends & Family" suggestions phase.

Ideally, if you have a few minutes, you could simply record your verbal feedback and commentary by clicking on the link below, thus using our platform to provide feedback on our platform...:-)

    I'm not sure why am I supposed to download an unknow applet that will record my voice and actions on the desktop. :confused:

    What is the advantage to the user to go through these time-consuming and possibly harmful steps?

      You're not supposed to, it would be nice if you did that's all.

      It is easier to speak your comments outloud, rather than type them, so if you were inclined to provide us with suggestions and feedback, it would be easier to do so through the platform.

      We have ben in business 3 years, have many satisfied clients like Intuit, American Airlines, etc, and the applet will not harm anything.

      In addition, it will show you how the system works, so if you signed up for a free account, you could ask for feedback in the same way of prospects and customers, whether incentivizing them or not.

      That said, feedback in any form, whether through the platform or not, would be appreciated.
