CILANTRO LIME RICE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups Brown Rice
Small bunch Cilantro - chopped (remove upper 1/3 or so of stalk)
1 bunch Green Onions - chopped
1 Poblano or Anaheim pepper - chopped
1 small Lime
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Sea Salt

Healthy Hummus Recipe

INGREDIENTS
2 Cans Garbanzo Beans
1/2 Cup Tahini
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
3-5 Medium Garlic Cloves: (depending on your desired level of spiciness)
Sea Salt (to taste)
Cayenne pepper
Olive Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Drain 1 can Garbanzo beans and drain about 1/3 of the liquid from the 2nd can and pour into food processor.

Add Lemon Juice, Tahini and Garlic Cloves...
