High Ticket Affiliate Programs

Hello, would need some good advices on high paying aff programs. In other words which one of them is the best to start with? Did some research (forex, casino, dating, even private jet rental, etc..), but consider this:
i want to create a new site (or more than one) from scratch (review sites, contest sites, etc..) and drive traffic to them.
What i need to know is: if you were going to start from scratch, which niche you would choose? And which traffic source you would push? (PPC, PPV, media buying, etc..).
Would like to see a real (no BS) case study or something like that.
I'm not asking to reveal your secrets (you will never do), but at least a fair point of view.

Thanks

I'm not quite sure how it's going to help you to know which niche other people would choose, but for myself, out of those, I'd choose private jet rental by far (and forex would be my last choice by far). "Dating" is the market out of those about which I know least, but it isn't one that really appeals to me at all.

No, none of those: I'd write travel/flying articles and work at getting them syndicated to upmarket business travel (and maybe even in-flight) magazines: you can hardly get more targeted than that? I see that PPC and media buying could possibly work well, too, but I'd start off with "something I know".

Unless you really, really know your stuff in these niches, I'd advise you, the OP, to stay well away from them.

It might be true that these are the biggest money makers (and I tend to believe this, in general), but trying to compete with long-established marketers (which are the only real people making serious money in these niches) is like trying to race against Schumacher for the first time you set foot in a race car.

There are various legal issues in various health niches, depending on what you're selling and how. I'm no lawyer (did you guess? ) but I think it's fairly safe to say that if you're an affiliate, and if you're not selling anything that people can swallow, and if you have appropriately worded legal disclaimers prominently enough on your site and in your marketing materials, they're pretty much circumventable, and generally not insoluble at all.

That said, whenever I've had anything to do with any "health niches" myself, I've always had a couple of MD's look over exactly what I'm promoting and how, as well, and taken their guidance as well as legal advice.

Whats illegal is to say "This product help me to lose weight" but in reality you never try it yourself. Or I made $1000 with this product if you not. If you going to promote as a third party just keep it "According to manufacture of this product.....(name all benefits)" or "According to creator of this product who made 1.8M...."
        You affiliate, not a manufacture.

As for syndication part, I have nothing to add to what Alexa has written, it's spot-on!
All the niches that you have picked are potentially high yield niches, but you will have to be extra careful in targeting them, because the competition is fierce!
You might wanna go combination of on-line/off-line marketing here as well as advertizing in related magazines, publications, etc.
If you don't have a list in some of those niches look for some list brokers, but you have to be aware of your budget.
There's really money to be made still in those niches, but it's not going to be an easy task.

I hope you make it, and when you do, looking forward to your post about it.

    Cheers,

    Veo

Stick to K.I.S.S. (keep it stupid simple) and you will be okay, no need to re-invent the will. Pick one of the niches I mentioned above, spent sometime to do research.
Go to Youtube keyword research tool (https://www.youtube.com/keyword_tool) input few niches, you will get result what is popular, because Youtube is one of kings of traffic. For example weight loss come with interesting result p90x
    115.500 monthly searches
    Amazon: P90X DVD Workout $139.80
For me it looks like high ticket affiliate program.

As a Poster said above, The three ever green niches that are very profitable are :
    - Health
    - Wealth
    - Lifestyle

Of course when you decide what market you want to be involved with, you need to get very specific in your niche, or what my mentor likes to say (Super niche)

The example I always like to give is:
    Market: Wealth
    Niche: Internet marketing
    Sub Niche: Generating Traffic
Super Niche: Generating Traffic with Facebook

Generating Traffic with Facebook would be your super niche. While it is not as big as just saying how to drive traffic, you narrowed your selection down to a select group of people.

This will make it easier both writing content for you business, and creating/promoting products to your future customers.

It's not a question of which affiliate programs pay more- it's more about where will you make the most money! Generally you'll make more from a good CPA campaign than from a large-paying cost per sale offer.

Driving traffic is easy - making sales, not so easy!

Go for what you have a passion about, or at least a little interest in. If not then you can use google and amazon to research which niches are hot, and which are not.

The private jet rental niche is very tough. I was in that niche that a few years ago and didn't get a single commission despite getting highly targeted traffic from visitors searching for private jet charter services.

Casino affiliate programs pay well. $100+ CPA or you can opt for revenue share.

TIP: If promoting casinos/sportsbooks/poker etc. target "first deposit bonus" keywords. This way you'll attract only players and not people looking for free cash who have no intention of making a deposit.

Vimax pays a nice commission. You can occasionally get $200 commissions, average is around $100. I've done very well promoting that product.

You can promote high ticket items on Amazon - you need to focus on the model numbers of the products (LCD tvs, high priced cameras, lenses etc..) You can't go wrong doing this and conversion rates are high.

This is the easy part. I would go with pay per click but make sure that you only work with the top dogs like Google, Yahoo, Bing.

I don't know about the smaller pay per click companies out there. Their traffic is pretty bad.

I would start with my prime directive to decide which niche to go after:
    1. It has to be something with a high addiction factor and
    2. it has to be something I am passionate about, something I can really get behind...which makes it much easier to build content around.

Then, I would look for something that is not only high ticket but also with residual income. I love the idea of being able to set it up once and then see a steady stream of income growing week after week.
