I doubt there is a specific limit as such, but I would imagine most people would only have a fairly small number of skills/methods that they are expert enough in to warrant making a WSO.

I think it's probably true that you can make more money in showing other people how to do it, than in doing it yourself.

But you can make decent money with niche sites. I do it myself.

Yes, internal linking is still important. It's best done in a silo structure to link pages of a similar theme to one another. This helps the search engines to recognize what your pages are about.

Avoid SEO providers who are blasting your site with hundreds (maybe even thousands) of low quality links.

And don't avoid nofollow links. They do have value.
