That video was a basic Keynote + Screenflow combination. If you take some time to explore Keynote (or PowerPoint for PC) you will find each of those programs can create some rather sophisticated...

We have a custom system that watermarks each copy with a hash of the customers details. Seems to keep them honest to a degree. Kindof fussy and slow to use though.

If you launch it here as a WSO you can use PayPal to take payments and then use WSO Pro to handle the download of the file for customers. Once set up, WSO Pro will pretty much take of everything.
