I can totally relate with the rules. I had the same set of rules and it's really helpful if you strictly follow all of them. You just need to have a self-discipline and motivation.

1.) Take the time to write down everything you want to achieve, and write it down as if its already occurred.
2.) At least 2-3 times a day, say your goals out loud, and also visualise them....
