So I finally got a best answer and I want to know what would be the best way to backlink the answer so that it improves rankings on my keyword. How would I go about backlinking to the answer? would it work? can I over do it?

    Life is all about experimenting, if you want to try that to see if it will work out for you well then great.

    But am yet to see anyone doing that, so that might make you unique.

    I don't suggest you spend lots of your time doing that because Yahoo Answer is quite to ban users.

        Yes they are nofollow but they are good for targeted traffic. I'm Providing this service with great success if you are interested.

    When doing yahoo answers it is best to maintain a 4-5 to 1 ratio.. basically answering 4-5 random questions every time you answer one with your link in it. Also do not do it all in one week, spread it out over months and make it just part of your weekly routine for link building. You won't see immediate results from it but over time it will create some nice bonus traffic.

    It can't hurt to throw a few links at your answer. But yes, I'd be wary of over-doing it.

    Try some social links first. Start with bookmarks. Then mix in some tweets & shares.

    Like a previous post hinted at, this game is all about testing. If you find a good combination for money page (your yahoo answer, in this case) + links, rinse & repeat. If not, grind yourself another Best Answer and try again til it clicks.

    started using yahoo answers its not a bad way to get traffic, but i have observed many questions don't make sense.people ask very stupid questions.i only choose the questions that many people avoid to answer i research the answers and write a blog post about it then insert the link to my source information.I hope i don't get burned.my answers get voted for best answer a lot.Still struggling with quality back links though.
