Typically you want to refrain from using any type of automated software and make each post unique. There is a wordpress plugin called NextScripts: Social Networks Auto-Poster that allows you to do so.

From my experience Pinterest.com, Diigo.com and StumbleUpon.com get indexed the fastest. However, none of them are do-follow links so you won't get that much link juice from them. If you want to try...
