ReviewAzon is the only one I've ever used. Personally I think writing your own reviews rather than relying on a plugin is the way to go.

You don't have to write a review per se. You can just display pictures of the item in your video and have bullet points of its features without giving your opinion. I use these videos all the time.

I had a client install WP inside of the wp-admin folder instead of the root folder so the main page of his site is in this format:

Because they didn't EARN the sale, they just used it for themselves to get the service done cheaper. And yes my affiliate agreement states that you cannot use your own link code. I'm just allowing it...
