My limit is only 8.. but doing more, I asked for extra charges also :D You don't have to rank as many keywords that you can. Just select the best ones that can bring in more traffic to the site.

Have the design and layout look good. New Panda Algo checks the layout of the website. It must be user friendly especially the UX navigation. Don't put too much ads on the pages.

MySQL is the best database paired for PHP. I used MySQL for 3 years and got no problems at all on my web applications.

You can also use NoSQL or PostgreSQL if you want an Oracle-like environment.
