That's way too much work - the ads are auto-generated (multiple versions) with IDs (just enter {id}) and I don't want to manually enter them into T202.

You don't have to take orders, just take email at the end of the process when they'd pay (the checkout). You can still expect a little less real orders but it should give you a rough estimate.

Mac users can always use Parallels or VMware for dual-booting Windows. But as usual, people are lazy and also costs go up a little bit. It's easier to have everything on one system and one folder. :)
