Looks like we had a new penguin update yesterday, to early to say for sure but looks like it hit sites with over optimized anchor text back links, could be the reason for your sudden drop.

Was popular a while back due to a famous Bum Marketers recommendation, doesn't seem to get as much Google love these days, you could backlink an ad up the serps, but I'm not sure why you would bother.

I would say it may have something to do with the fact you are no longer cloaking your links, a lot of people are wise to what hop links are and will replace your id with theirs.

The style sheets are embedded, if you use the web developer plugin tool for firefox you can view just the css and copy and paste them out, but there are no external style sheets from the look of it....
