The FCC voted 3 to 2 to begin plans to regulate the internet including traffic and sources of data on private web servers, (allegedly)

What? that cannot be are you sure?


well yes, if something is not done, if no one challenges them in court, on the grounds that the FCC has no legal authority or constitutional authority to regulate the internet.

Could this be the end of the Internet as you know it, if you read the below statement and can still sit still your either dead or your wood is wet, folks, if this is allowed to progress, the internet will die and you will watch it happen from the comfort of your own home, you might even be able to catch it on pay per view,

Internet Censorship Bill Passed?

This Thursday a Bill was Quitely passed that could end up threating the very space time fabric of what we believe is a right to be able to discuss, promote and market products online.

If you are concerned and you really should be sign the petition.

This new but very sadistic ruling could effect Internet Marketing in ways that you never thougt possible.

They call it Combating Online Ingringements and Counterfeits Act.

Sounds impressive dosent...

PLR for Idoits, the legal aspects of what PLR is and is not.

This topic seems to come up over and over again, as someone who has participated in numerous contract law disputs, I can tell you that one thing is constant that is the law and no where in the law does it give one man rights that another does not have, nor does it allow one man to claim rights that are not his or hers to claim.

PLR, which means, basically Private Label Rights, as a matter of law is very simple,
If you sell me a product, and or text file, and I take that "content"...

Kajabi Looking past the hype, smoke and mirrors.

As many of you are by now aware, there is a new product launch, that is allegedly way over hyped, or perhaps it is just enthusiasm.

Either way, I wanted to have a look at the sales process, mostly because it is of interest how these programs work to enslave the buyer, opps sorry that was a bad word, perhaps I should say, the methods they use to enhance the buyers interest.
