Do we have to have an existing site for this or can we just give a general niche for which the keyword will be chosen for?

I read what they provide, it said once they find the keyword, they say after the domain is registered..

I just sent them the niche I wanted.

Yes you send us a link to one of your existing sites and we'll take over from there. If you do not already have a site we can build one as a niche site. If you want us to do that you need to inform Cathy of it when you send her the niche.

This contest has been going on for a week but to my surprise it has only *almost* ended. I expected it to be ended the day it was started. Firstly thank you Matt for running the comp. I am a winner and am looking forward to the prize in hand.

Secondly I thought I'd say that this comp idea is great, I have made my answers to questions I may of otherwise not answered due to time etc. I often find myself reading the forum rather than getting stuck in.

As a result I have been pm'd by a warrior who thanked me greatly for one of my answers and left me feeling great, I will definitely make more of a concious effort to answer questions on a regular basis and give back as well as taking. As Matt and his team have done here.

If your site isn't ready you can still let us know the niche. We can pull a keyword that way for sure. Then when your site is finished you can add the link to the site we create for you.

I honestly think it's a great service and even the normal price you charge is super cheap. When I see my newly created site make the first money, I will surely invest it in getting another site created by your team, already bookmarked the link to your official site

Now I have a short question: I sent Cathy a question right after being announced as a winner, she responeded and I then chose a niche and told her about it. I guess a confirmation is not required, so it's fine that I didn't get any further mail.
But I am still wondering about how long it will take for your team to mail us about the keyword choices. Surely you have loads of work now, plus the paid work you also have.

I just wanted to tell you that Cathy and Matt have been very generous with me. I initially sent Cathy a link to my online store and she found me a matching domain name for the website blog. But after that I bought a new domain name for my brother-in-law who studied for many years Chinese and Japanese medicine and he is a certified healer with his own clinic. I decided to create a website for his clinic as a gift in return for him treating my allergies. I therefore sent Cathy an email asking her to use my prize for the new website I'm creating for my brother-in-law and she found me a new domain name for the website blog. My brother-in-law knows nothing about this yet - it's meant to be a surprise! I want to express my sincere gratitude to Cathy and Matt for their generosity and helping me to create the perfect site for my brother-in-law's clinic; he's helped so many people and I'm grateful to have the opportunity to give him this gift. Needless to say that once the site is up, Please God, I'll create a blog post describing Cathy and Matt's wonderful services.

Secondly I thought I'd say that this comp idea is great, I have made my answers to questions I may of otherwise not answered due to time etc. I often find myself reading the forum rather than getting stuck in.
