It's not helpful at all. .com is the default for US.

But extensions for ranking in the US are all mixed up now.

Other countries are different.

Get yourself a .ca and host in canada.

You can rank anywhere with a .com domain. Just focus on building links from Canadian sites and also optimize your site account in Google Webmasters tool for Canada.

Google isn't going to crawl/index all those 13 million pages at one time, so technically Google has no idea when all the 13 million pages were first uploaded to the host. It might take weeks/months...
