Square has the easier-for-a-novice site builder, but would probably recommend Shopify due to superior ecommerce capabilities (and for your client, better/more payment provisions)

Because you mentioned rentals, I assume that being able to choose a time and date are important. Because of that, Shopify is your best platform for a secure website.

Shopify and Square are good options if you want to get your website up and running quickly. It's easier to use and learn than Wordpress.
