Offer to pay

I have a problem with my index page. I posted a thread about it here:

Ive had several people try to help,but they havent succeeded.
I'm willing to pay a reasonable amount if someone can fix this for me.

    Are you saying the copy and paste into Notepad did not help? How are you editing your website, and what do you mean when you say you published your changes? Is this a different method than logging into the web server itself and editing files manually? Just curious if this a content management system or some offline website editor you are using. The line breaks could be coming from a proxy server that sits between you and the web server.

    Would like to know more and if you have made any progress toward a solution. Thanks.
