I do not recommend CPV. I have found conversions to be poor unless you really know what you're doing.

I would sign up as an advertiser on a CPA network like neverblue, and put up an offer of 500...

Another way of doing this is to use the "Snipping Tool". It should be automatically installed on Vista/Windows 7. Just search for snipping tool in the start menu it's very easy to use.

In my opinion Aweber is by far the best, for price, tracking, everything. Don't bother switching, even if there is a better auto responder service out there, the differences will be minimal.
