Inserting a URL on a page as a plain text does not count. For it to count, it has to point to the URL using a keyword. This adds relevancy to the link.

Employing the different avenues has definitely been I approach. Excel Spreadsheet has been a must for me. Google Analytics for traffic and demography tracking, but everything ends up on a spreadsheet...
