Continuity programs and illegal products
Posted 11th July 2014 at 06:00 PM by Tim Franklin
Recently there have been a few products that have been promoted by hundreds of affiliates who did not realize they were promoting an illegal product which contained wordpress themes and products which were not licensed for sale. (they basically took it, perhaps they did not mean to do this perhaps they justified it by thinking they had complied with the terms of use over at themeforest)
But the truth is when you purchase a theme over there you can only use it one time.
For one client.
You cannot sell it multiple times even if you do modify it and customize it.
The offensive vendor or vendors, here distributed a backup copy of a wordpress website that contained a lot of other peoples products, it was distributed in a messy way, with numerous security breeches, (if you purchased this product and installed in on your website you are going to be hacked and probably soon)
So, be aware that there are vendors over at JVZOO that are selling illegal products, being promoted by affiliates that have no idea what they are participating in.
Beware... Buyer...
Oh, another thing this dude, also requires a credit card, for a continuity product, (which he also owns) I hate continuity when it is not upfront, its not a good way to do business.

Quote:
Whoa there! Things you can't do with the item
7.You can’t Sell the End Product, except to one client. (If you or your client want to Sell the End Product, you will need the Extended License.)
8.You can’t re-distribute the Item as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. You can’t do this with an Item either on its own or bundled with other items, and even if you modify the Item. You can’t re-distribute or make available the Item as-is or with superficial modifications. These things are not allowed even if the re-distribution is for Free.
