Neither or both. DA and PA are not part of any search engine algorithm. Check the pages out yourself and see which seems like a better link for your site. Or, better yet, why not get both?

DA has nothing to do with the value of a link unless your link is showing up on the home page of that site.

Both DA and PA are highly inaccurate.

As long as the domain is relative to the content you should not have a problem. If you get an EMD just make sure the content you put on the site is REALLY good and then you shouldn't have a problem.
