Aweber offers the single opt-in option. Just make sure that you change it to single opt-in BEFORE your first subscriber. Otherwise it won't work.

45 subs out of 200 clicks is a little low. Strive for at least 40 subs per 100 clicks (if you're paying for traffic). That's a good number.
