Thanks, but how do you know when a lead becomes a patient? Does the doctor email me a list of patients' emails and I cross reference that with my list and manually take people from the leads category...

I am not sure the exact amount each customer is worth, but I do know that the customer will have to go back for numerous treatments (5-8) before seeing permanent results....
