I use Easy Video Player and it works really well and easy to use...don't have experience with the others, but I know lead player let's you embed an optin in the middle of your videos.

My website has a decent link profile - i've been quoted and linked to from some high authority (pr 7) sites and have done guest posts on sites with page rank 3-5, and have had press releases etc.....

Google only publishes pagerank updates 4 times a year, but they monitor it internally regularly, so if a pr9 site loses all its links, then yes outbound links from that site would not be as valuable...

insurance is not priced with a discount - prices for life insurance are based on health, coverage amount, etc..I did do a sweepstakes and it didn't get the results I wanted..I offered an ipod shuffle...

Web 2.0 sites have been working for me - you have to get those backlinked with tier 2 links to give them some juice to pass on. I think mixed with guest blog posting on relevant sites you can do well...
