I know how you feel. I felt the same way initially, and admittedly still do with some potential clients. But the pros outweigh the cons for my operation, so I continue to do it.

Depends on the niche, but yes I definitely agree with you that for things like plumbers, electricians, heating & air, etc. it should be simple with a prominent phone number and contact form.
