I don't agree at all. adwords has the easiest self serve platform on the web. when you're a newbie you will lose money anyways learning how to optimize campaigns, it might as well be on the easiest...

craigslist traffic in 99% of the cases is bad traffic. Simply for the reason that you have to incentivize users to fill the offer - which results in bad traffic to the advertisers.
