Do any of the mass backlink programs still work?

Recently tried Magic Link submitter and only like 10% of the links were working,
couldn't get SENuke to do more than 5% of the links and I've read that the Pligg submitter sucks.

Can you block somebody from a facebook fan page if they didn't 'like' the page? If you log on as your fan page, you can't block people. Is there a way?

Mobile App made traffic shoot up - more ad space too!

When I put the mobile version up of our site traffic shot up for some reason and it also gave more room to sell more ads!

I found out that some do work... But some just give you a high bounce rate, people just look at it through an ad intermission and never click a link... basically just killing your...
