No I said nothing like that. I currently have over 100 redirects running to multiple domains for multiple reasons. I know what they are. You misunderstood what the person was asking.

Hate to be captain obvious but if you run a 301 redirect because you are moving an old website to a new address you cant just run a 301 and have the website magically appear at the new URL you...

algo penalties not manual. Unless you are going to put in some serious dripping and mixing with spam profile or you are starting with an authority site, otherwise pointing a hanful of PR4s and 5s...

this is a recipe for some weak networks in my opinion. Might as well just spam your tier ones be cheaper then building a network full of that kind of weak metrics.

PR 2s and 3s are the bread and butter of high Pr networks. If you start stacking multiple PR4+ you are asking for a PR penalty.

Stay away from seo hosting for a private network. Its a terrible idea that includes reseller accounts. Yes you should only have one per hosting account, so it can get really expensive quickly.

having only interior links isn't natural you need some trust flowing to the homepage and have it trickle down from there. Take a look at amazon for example. it ranks for all sorts of weird things...
