That's what scrubbing was invented for. Once you factor in scrubbing, you're only getting paid when the merchant/advertiser is making money from your lead.

Right, you have to host your adverts. If you are going to run a high quantity, be sure to get a fast server. It's ok to start off with a shared server, but you should expect to outgrow it.

If you are using Commission Junction, you probably shouldn't advertise with MediaTraffic. I believe you will get banned for that. You may get away with it for a while, but eventually they do find out.
