Yes click is same as before actually click is not that much , i get around 30-40 click per day according to amazon stats. Actually , i have implemented amazon product only in few post not all.

Social Media traffic and PPC traffic using only Adword and bing/yahoo ads would be safe for adsense . Don't try any other traffic like paid banner or link ,it may get your account ban :)

Unfortunately there is no free link building software but what you can do is spy on your competitor links using SEO SpyGlass and replicate those type of links manually.

Build tons of links to your site and you will rank with in 30 days . But links should have Quality.
Use link building software like linkemperor ,ultimate demon etc :)
